Promoting Planned Road & Path Projects via the Development Review Process: DRAFT Report

The Hampton Roads Transportation Planning Organization (HRTPO), the metropolitan planning organization (MPO) for the Hampton Roads metropolitan planning area, has completed the DRAFT Promoting Planned Road & Path Projects via the Development Review Process.

In accordance with the subject task requested by Gloucester County in the FY25 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP), HRTPO staff polled localities around Virginia asking them how they promote planned road/path projects via the development review process.
