Project Summary:Widen I-64 from Settlers Landing Rd to I-564; widen the landside 4-lane sections in Hampton and Norfolk to 6 lanes, plus 2 part-time drivable shoulder lanes; expand the HRBT by building twin 2-lane bored tunnels west of the existing eastbound tunnel.
