Project Summary:

Improvements along Portsmouth Boulevard at Roanoke Avenue and the mid-block near Piedmont Avenue, including pedestrian beacons, high visibility crosswalks, signage, ADA ramps, and sidewalk connections that serve bus stops and a planned recreation center.
