Project Summary:Extend new C-D roadway (see UPC 57048) from Newtown Rd to Witchduck Rd, reconfigure Newtown Rd and Witchduck Rd interchange ramps south of I-264, and construct overpass connecting Greenwich Rd south of I-264 and Cleveland St on north side.
