The Hampton Roads Transportation Planning Organization (HRTPO), the metropolitan planning organization (MPO) for the Hampton Roads metropolitan planning area, is considering requests to amend the HRTPO FY 2024-2027 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The amendment process includes an opportunity for public review and comment.
There are four proposed TIP Amendments, UPC 110801, UPC 111788, UPC T11932, and UPC T17898 that are subject to conformity. Per the Inter-Agency Consultation for Conformity Procedures, the public review period must include an opportunity for consultation from a conformity perspective.
